The base rate for labour is $50 per hour, charged in quarter hour increments and rounded to the nearest quarter hour, with a minimum charge of one hour per client per call out.

Normal business hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday.

The after hours call out rate will be $60 per hour, for work conducted after 5PM or outside of normal business hours.

This is payable regardless of services carried out and regardless of the outcome of said services, and is agreed upon verbally or in writing prior to arrival for service.

Normal travel area is Lake Country to Peachland. When travel is required outside the normal range, or to big white, cost of travel will be passed on to you at a rate of $25 per hour.

This travel charge is a call out fee, and will be payable regardless of services carried out at the service location and regardless of the outcome of said services, and is agreed upon verbally or in writing prior to arrival for service.

For AMP this will not apply the rate at present labour rate is 40.00 straight time. Big White travel is 25.00.
